For office/home/business use, this PC is the best value you can get for your money. By age, it’s outdated tech with DDR3 RAM, and an Ivy Bridge processor. But, by performance, the components in here are going to be more than perfect for most people.PROS:-It has 16GB of RAM for all of those memory hogging internet browsers.-The i5 processor is overkill for any standard home/office user and works great for programming/building code (my use case). Even though it’s an old processor, it’s still a beast.-The SSD is absolutely amazing. I’m pretty sure this PC boots in less than 10 seconds and Windows updates take no time at all.-The form factor is perfect for a small space; if you build your own PC this small, it will cost the same price just for the case and SFF power supply.-The fans are quiet-Plenty of USB ports-2 Display ports for multiple monitors (plus a VGA port)-It’s not possible to beat this price; not even building your own PC. An official license for Windows 10 is almost half the price of this PC.-Came with a keyboard and mouse (more later on those)-The renewed condition was very good; there were obvious, yet very minor aesthetic flaws.-Wifi dongle works-It was packed extremely well and securely. I’ve gotten so many crunched boxes from Amazon shipping.CONS:-There seems to be some inductor whine coming from inside the PC (very high pitched yet quiet screeching). This was resolved by putting the PC away from my monitor and ears.OTHER COMMENTS:-The mouse and keyboard are the absolute lowest quality I’ve ever seen. I can bend the keyboard like it’s cardboard. The keyboard does feel nice typing on, so I’m actually slightly impressed. The mouse is flawed and will randomly right click when scrolling. The USB cables for them are also short. I did not buy the PC for the keyboard and mouse nor was I expecting them to be high quality, so it’s not a problem for me and it shouldn’t deter someone from purchasing this PC, but it’s useful info for potential buyers.

Very pleased with this purchase. Decided I needed a modern PC for working from home, but didn’t want to spend a fortune. This reurbished Dell was the perfect solution. Superfast with the SSD drive and tons of memory. With one minor exception, setup was super easy. (You’ll probably want to setup using the included wired keyboard and mouse… I tried setting up using my wireless Logitech keyboard/mouse combo, but Windows didn’t recognize them, so couldn’t navigate through Windows setup. Finally got smart and used the included hardware and suddenly everything started working… once it was done, switching over to the Logitech’s was plug & play)So far, everything has run super smoothly and have had zero issues with this system. Super fast, super reliable. Highly recommended.
